Leon County’s newest recreational park facility, known as the Northeast Park, is an expansive new site containing various ball fields, playing courts, stormwater facilities, and access roads from Centerville Road in Tallahassee, Florida. JBE was hired to lead all sitework for the project including site clearing, grading, filling, and construction of various infrastructure improvements for the park. The park is being constructed by the Blueprint Intergovernmental Agency and is slated to open in 2027.
Arbor Vineyards is a substantial new apartment complex being developed and built by Arbor Properties. JBE was engaged by Arbor to lead all site development at this exciting new residential development near Interstate 10 and Mahan Drive in Tallahassee, Florida.
Danfoss is an international leader in the manufacturing of energy efficient cooling systems with a growing facility located in Tallahassee’s Innovation Park district. When Danfoss began expanding its footprint with a new 100,000 square-foot manufacturing facility, JBE was hired by Sperry Construciton to lead all sitework development including clearing, grading, filling, stormwater construction, and other infrastructure improvements for the site.
JBE managed land clearing, grading, and utility installation for Coleman Worldwide Moving in Panama City, creating a dependable foundation for their new operational facility. The project is located in a busy industrial park and required thoughtful coordination with the general contractor and other subcontractors.
Southwood is one of Tallahassee’s fastest growing areas and when Capital Liquors looked to build a new retail facility there, JBE was chosen to help prepare the site for development. Located at a busy intersection, this project included creating ingress and outgress tie ins into two busy roads.
JBE was selected to be the sitework partner for the all new Enterprise Rent-A–Car facility on West Tennessee Street in Tallahassee. This unique project required land clearing, site preparation, and other infrastructure needs before vertical construction could begin.

Located in a bustling industrial park near Tallahassee International Airport, this site required careful coordination with all contracting partners from start to finish.
When Refreshment Services Pepsi, the authorized Pepsi distributor for North Florida, sought to expand their warehouse footprint in Tallahassee, JBE to provided all the sitework for this critical project. Preparation of this site required coordination with the Pepsi team so that their day-to-day business functions would not be disturbed while construction was in progress.
Miracles In Me Academy is a thriving childcare and education facility in Tallahassee. JBE provided all sitework and utility construction for a major expansion project that resulted in a new campus for their students. The timeline for this project required precision and timely execution so the new academy facility could be opened in time for a new school year and the return of students without delay.
